PMI REP Registered Education Provider is believed to be the only source of PMP Training by many upcoming PMP professionals. However, this is not true. Courses from PMI REPs are likely to be somewhat more institutionalized; as becoming a PMI REP is an expensive process. For this reason, there are plenty of high quality training offering institutions, though they are not PMI REPs still provide a very good high quality education like GlobalSkillup.

PMI REP Registered Education Provider program is a training provider certification program by Project Management Institute (PMI) for training providers to issue Contact Hours & Professional Development Units (PDUs) for Project Management relevant training certification courses.

PMI REP program was created to enrich the ongoing professional development of PMIs members, PMI credential certificate professionals such as CAPM, PMP, PMI-ACP, PgMP, PfMP and so on. Upon completion of a course by PMI REP provider, the participant certificate assures that the course has adhered to the prescribed Project Management Institute (PMI) defined quality standards and that the hours spent in that course can officially be attributed towards credential requirement quota of Professional Development Units.

PDU’s offered by institute like GlobalSkillup(NON REP) are equally valid and does not make any difference as such for participant.
