Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB) Certification is a confirmation of acquired level of individual’s capabilities and knowledge of managing and bringing process improvements by using data door approach of Six Sigma. This course is in-line with Internationally Certified ASQ(American Society for Quality). Completion of this training also provides 45 PDU(Professional Development Units) which may be utilized towards maintenance of other Credentials such as PMP, PMI-ACP, PgMP and so on.

Course Objective

To provide competency which is sum total of knowledge, skill and experience (hands-on practice) on Six Sigma Black Belt topics by coaching the Green belts in Minitab usage and then verify level/ degree of competence through certification process.

Training Format

GlobalSkillup conducts a 4 days training program leading to Lean Six Black Black Belt certification. The training is conducted on Sat & Sun and on subsequent weekends to enable the working executives to complete the course without affecting their work and career.

Exam and LSSBB Credential Award

In order for the LSSBB Certified to be awarded, one has to take up a live project and demonstrate results which benefit the organization. In case, a live project is not feasible, alternate project will be provided by us, which needs to be worked and work results demonstrated upon. There are two levels of certificate issued for Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.

  • Certificate: Trained in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt

Upon completion LSSBB training, a certificate will be issued right after the training.

  • Certificate: Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certified

Upon completion of LSSBB training, followed by a live demonstration of results from the project as verified by our Master/Black belt, a certificate will be issued. You will be awarded a 60 days time duration to take up the project within your organization and showcase preliminary results.

In case of no project available with in the organization, a separate project from GlobalSkillup will be awarded for workout of exercises to create a hypothetical scenario from real time project.
