As with any online purchase experience, there are terms and conditions that govern the Refund Policy. When you buy a training course with GlobalSkillup™, you agree to our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use and Refund Policy. Our Refund Policy is as follows:
Participant Requested: Cancellation & Refunds
- Please seek all necessary information or knowledge about program before enrolment, satisfy yourself before making the payments. Once paid, the following rules will govern naturally.
- Token or Advance Amounts are non-refundable.
- Non-Participation will result in the forfeiture of the amount paid.
- You may transfer course participation to your friend/family, in case you don’t want to participate. This needs to be informed to us in writing and agreed by GlobalSkillup.
- In case of the course fee paid with any applicable discounts – order is ineligible for any refunds.
- In case full amount(with no discounts) has been paid, your order is eligible for refund:
- the request raised 1 week before class starts & Course materials issued – 20% refund of the amount
- the request raised 1 week before class starts & Course materials not issued – 35% refund of the amount
- the request raised 1 week prior to class – 0% refund
GlobalSkillup™ Arranged: Cancellation & Refunds
At GlobalSkillup™, we make our best effort to honor schedules & deliveries. However, we are also not 100% risk-averse like any business.
In case of an eventuality of uncertainty, GlobalSkillup™ reserves the right to postpone/cancel a scheduled event, or change the location of an event because of insufficient enrollments, instructor illness or force-majeure events (like floods, earthquakes, political instability, etc)
- In case GlobalSkillup™ cancels an event, 100% refund will be paid to the participant
- Course Material, if it has been issued, 50% proportionate charges for the same will be deducted from 100%.
- In case participant opts for subsequent batch enrollment due to GlobalSkillup™ postponement/rescheduling, no extra charges
- However, once enrolled for such a batch, a participant cannot cancel or reschedule participation.
Refund request
- Please reach out to our support team by sending an email to hi@globalskillup.com with the subject “Request for refund – Order ID”. Order ID can be found on the bill copy issued to you during the purchase on our website.
- Do note all refunds will be subject to necessary taxes as per the government regulations.
- Note: All refunds will be processed within 10 working days after the refund request is approved by GlobalSkillup™
